Eftersom flera ville ha receptet p\u00e5 fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9n kommer det h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kall fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marinaden: 1 dl balsamvin\u00e4ger, 2 dl olja, 1 hg soltorkade tomater, en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, 1 kruka basilika, salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Bryn 1.5 kg fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9 och efterstek i ugn (175 grader) tills stektermometern visar knappt 70 grader. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet kallna. Skiva det tunt och l\u00e4gg upp med marinaden kv\u00e4llen innan.
