Adventsljusstakarna var t\u00e4nda, under tankestunden spelades julmusik och p\u00e5 buff\u00e9bordet fanns b\u00e5de sill, skinka och Janssons frestelse. Precis som det ska vara.<\/p>\n<p>Det vara m\u00e5nga som uppskattade den goda salladen med en massa nyttigheter i och flera som undrade vad det var i den. Eftersom vi under denna m\u00f6rka \u00e5rstid beh\u00f6ver alla uppiggande och f\u00f6rkylningsf\u00f6rebyggande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder man kan t\u00e4nka sig s\u00e5 kommer receptet h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00f6dk\u00e5lssallad med rostade valn\u00f6tter och aprikoser<\/h4>\n<p>Till 4-6 pers p\u00e5 buff\u00e9<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 granat\u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>1 morot<\/li>\n<li>1 stor apelsin<\/li>\n<li>200 g gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>300 g r\u00f6dk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>75 g valn\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>10 torkade aprikoser<\/li>\n<li>2-3 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1 krm svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Halvera granat\u00e4pplet och ta loss k\u00e4rnorna under kallt vatten i en sk\u00e5l. Skala och grovriv moroten. Sk\u00e4r bort skalet fr\u00e5n apelsinen och sk\u00e4r ut hinnfria klyftor, sk\u00e4r klyftorna i mindre bitar. Repa bladen fr\u00e5n gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len och finstrimla dem. Finstrimla r\u00f6dk\u00e5len. Skala och finstrimla l\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta valn\u00f6tterna i varm panna och finhacka dem. Sk\u00e4r aprikoserna i sm\u00e5 bitar.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alltsammans i en bunke, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 olja, krydda med salt och peppar, blanda runt. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat eller sk\u00e5l.
